Hello,

I understand that Medicare can only be billed a maximum of 10 units per day for 95165 and 95144-95149. Is this true for all other payers as well? We typically prepare the antigens for a new AIT vial with 30 anticipated doses, a new VIT vial with 17 anticipated doses, a remixed AIT vial with 11 anticipated doses, and remixed VIT vial with 5 anticipated doses.

For Medicare, it sounds like we can only bill 10 units, period.

For all other payers, can we bill the full anticipated doses? We are in network with BCBS, Federal BCBS, Tricare, Medicare, Medicaid, and Cigna. We are out of network with but will bill Aetna, GEHA, Meritain, MODA, UHC, UMR, and EBMS.

Thank you!
