Hi everyone! I am requesting any suggestions in how I can gain more experience in outpatient coding and have this stand out in a resume? I am currently working for a company doing OP Cardiac Cath Lab and Peripheral vascular coding for about a year and 4 months. I want to experience and do more. Most companies I have come across want minimum of 3 years of related coding experience or more. Is there any company out there that provides training, etc.? I am eager to learn and extend my knowledge. I feel like I am in a rut. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.
