My doctor wants to charge 20931, structural allograft, twice. I thought this can only be charged once. Anyone know the answer?
 
Correct. It will deny if billed with more than 1. If you need to provide backup documentation to your provider show them the code on the MUE list. That should be enough to prove your case.
