Hello:

I am wondering how many of you have purchased the "on demand" webinars thru AAPC? I am considering listening in on the one pertaining ot Lesions and scars. My only issue is that when I try to make sure my computer is compatible via the test AAPC has it tells me that I will only be able to view the slideshow presentation w/o audio?

Has anyone else run into this issue/problem? I want to be able to hear the recorded audio not only see the slides. Any suggestions. Currently AAPC is closed but I plan on calling them once they open. This event received 4 out of 5 stars...

I’ve just purchased an on demand webinar and can see the slides but the on demand button is shaded out and I can’t select it so I have no audio either. I’ll also have to wait to call when AAPC is open.
 
Can't access the on-demand courses, very frustrating. Need to access the CEU webinars that I paid for....
