What diagnosis code would you use when a patient wants STD testing after traveling outside the United States to a country where STD risk is high?

I'd probably go with Z20.2 - Contact with and (suspected) exposure to infections with a predominantly sexual mode of transmission.

is this a screening due to having had unprotected sex or does this person know or suspect that the partner has an STD? It will be a different code depending.
