By registering for this conference and/or hotel you agree to the following cancellation policies:
Cancellations received by January 28, 2021 will be granted a refund, less a $100 processing fee. If a cancellation is received between January 29 and February 28, a 50% refund will be granted. NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be issued after March 1, 2021.
AAPC will not be responsible for reimbursement of any participant’s expenses related to the cancellation or postponement of an event.
If the conference is moved to a fully virtual event, in-person registrations will be transferred to the virtual conference and refunded the $200 difference. If you wish to refund and cancel, the above policy applies.
Substitution Policy - If you can't attend but would like to transfer your registration to another person, we’d be happy to do that for you. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
