HEALTHCON Regional 2023 - Washington, DC

In-person registrants who are not able to attend the live event will be given the option to transfer to the online event and receive a refund for the difference in cost, transfer to a future in-person event, or cancel entirely for a full refund. Online registrants can transfer to another event or receive a full refund. NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be issued for no-shows. Note: This policy only applies to people who registered before 2/1/2021.

Purchase of conference recordings allows attendees to access all recorded breakout sessions. Purchasing these recordings does not entitle the attendee to additional CEUs beyond the 18 earned at the conference. Attendees are not allowed to share these recordings or reuse them in any way unless they've received written permission from the author and AAPC. Recordings are an added benefit for attendees only.

*AAPC does their best to record all sessions, but due to technical issues or other issues beyond AAPC's control, some sessions may not be available. No General Sessions recordings will be released

As we move ahead with planning and implementing the programming at our regional HEALTHCON, AAPC will continue to place high importance on facilitating measures that will ensure optimal health and sanitary conditions for everyone onsite during the event.

For those who don’t feel comfortable traveling or have state travel restrictions in place, we are providing a virtual experience for our regional HEALTHCON.
