Discover thousands of articles with expert insights and real-world guidance

Revenue Cycle Insider (RCI) provides a massive library of online articles covering topics such as specialty coding, healthcare compliance, practice management, and healthcare technology. As a Codify Pro Fee Coder or Complete Coder subscriber, you can access this RCI library a few different ways.

Option 1: Scan articles by date

Log in to Codify by AAPC and select Publications/Revenue Cycle Insider from the main menu.

Finding the information you need can be as simple as looking at the latest articles or selecting a particular month to view. Click on the publication month to see the articles published that month.

Option 2: Search by code or keyword

For a more targeted search, you can enter terms related to what you want to learn about in the Revenue Cycle Insider search box.

Searching this way pulls up every RCI article that contains your search terms. To narrow down the results, sort by relevance, date, or title.

Option 3: Go straight to related articles from the Code Details pages

You can also find RCI articles while on a code details page in Codify. For example, let’s say you are on the code details page for 99214 and you want to learn more about when to report this CPT^® evaluation and management code.

Simply go to the Related Articles box on the code details page for 99214 to see a chronological list of all the related articles under the Coding Alert(s)/Survival Guides tab.

Click on the article you want to read to access it.
