By registering for the conference you agree to the following conference policies:

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations for the conference will be granted without penalty if a cancellation request is received by March 15, 2024, in writing. Due to financial obligations incurred by AAPC, a refund will be issued less a processing fee of $250 for requests received between March 16 - March 31, 2024. In-person attendees will be able to request to attend the virtual event without penalty prior to March 31, 2024. Starting April 1, 2024 through the start of the event, a $200 registration change fee will go into effect for any in-person attendee that requests to change attendance to the virtual event. All attendees will have access to the recorded sessions. Please note recorded sessions are not CEU eligible. Substitutions are permitted under review before April 1, 2024. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests after April 1, 2024. No-shows will not be refunded. Cancellations and registration change request must be submitted via email to conferences@aapc.com.
