The Human Advantage in an AI Coding World Webinar

AI can read charts faster than any human. It can suggest codes in seconds. But it cannot replace the coder’s ability to interpret nuance, resolve ambiguity, and recognize when something doesn’t add up. This webinar explores the emerging “human advantage” in medical coding.

Participants will learn why critical thinking, not speed, is becoming the defining skill of successful coders. Through short case examples and guided discussion, we will highlight how human reasoning protects accuracy, compliance, and patient story integrity in AI-assisted workflows. The session provides a preview of the deeper hands-on training offered in our live workshop, where coders apply these concepts to real documentation and build advanced decision-making skills.
