We price by individual chart and the specialty required. Volume discounts are available.

Is there a minimum amount of charts you will audit?

We recommend a minimum of 10 encounters per provider or coder, and a recommended minimum of 50 encounters for one-time projects. If your project is less than 50 encounters, pricing will be based on a hourly consulting rate.

Most common specialties include: all primary care specialties, all surgical specialties and sub specialties, and non-physician provider audits such as behavioral health and all sub-specialties, Physical / Occupational / Speech therapy and Audiology. Other common specialties include Orthopedics, Podiatry, Osteopathic Medicine, Cardiology and all sub-specialties, Plastics, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Neurology, Oncology / Hematology & Radiation Oncology, OBGYN & Infertility, Dermatology, Pathology, Hospital Medicine, Allergy / Immunology, Hospice & Palliative Care, Infectious Disease, Dental & Oral Maxillofacial, Anesthesiology, Acute Care, Adult Care, Neonatology, Ophthalmology / Optometry, Urology, Neuroscience, Chiropractic, ED, Endocrinology, ENT & Otolaryngology, Wound Care, Nephrology, Nutrition, Medical Rehabilitation, Sleep Medicine, Home Health.
