The risk adjustments search allows you to see if there's a diagnosis code that is associated with an HCC.

So I'm gonna look at ICD-10 code one hundred ten, I'm gonna do a search, and it's going to give me the version 21, version 22, version 24, the category model.

This will be updated for V28 as well. So you'll see that the hypertension code, as far as a risk adjustment perspective, does not have one assigned for V21, V22 or V24, but it does for the prescription HCC.

So this is a way for you to find out if your diagnoses codes have an HCC value assigned to it.
