AAPC Webinar Subscription Terms & Conditions
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL NOTICE
By completing your purchase, you agree to enroll in a subscription that automatically renews at the
end of each subscription term at the then-current renewal rate using the payment method on file. You
will be charged the renewal fee unless you turn off auto-renewal before your renewal date.
The renewal rate and any applicable taxes will be included in your renewal reminder
emails.
You may turn off auto-renewal anytime before renewal by visiting “Manage
Subscriptions” in your AAPC account or by calling 1-800-626-2633. AAPC
will send a confirmation email of your enrollment and renewal
reminders before each renewal, as required by applicable law.
No minimum purchase obligation applies.

By clicking “Subscribe Now,” you:
- Acknowledge that your Webinar Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each
subscription term unless you turn off auto-renewal in advance.
- Consent to recurring billing at the interval you selected (annual).

accessible prior to purchase.
Subscription Overview
AAPC offers Webinar Subscriptions that provide access to continuing education webinar content for
the duration of the paid term.
- Subscription Length: One-year.
- Billing Cycle: Charged once every year.
-
Auto-Renewal: Enabled by default. You may turn off auto-renewal anytime before
your renewal date to prevent future charges by visiting
Manage Subscriptions
or calling 1-800-626-2633.
-
Renewal Pricing: Renewal fees are charged at the then-current rate. Renewal
reminder emails are sent
30, 15, and 1 day before the scheduled renewal date, and include the renewal

early. All subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid term.

scheduled renewal date. Each notice includes your upcoming renewal amount, renewal date, and clear

the primary email address associated with your AAPC account.
