AAPC Webinar Subscription Terms & Conditions

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL NOTICE

By completing your purchase, you agree to enroll in a subscription that automatically renews at the end of each subscription term at the then-current renewal rate using the payment method on file. You will be charged the renewal fee unless you turn off auto-renewal before your renewal date. The renewal rate and any applicable taxes will be included in your renewal reminder emails.

You may turn off auto-renewal anytime before renewal by visiting “Manage Subscriptions” in your AAPC account or by calling 1-800-626-2633. AAPC will send a confirmation email of your enrollment and renewal reminders before each renewal, as required by applicable law.

No minimum purchase obligation applies.

Disclosure and Consent Requirements

By clicking “Subscribe Now,” you:

  • Acknowledge that your Webinar Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term unless you turn off auto-renewal in advance.
  • Consent to recurring billing at the interval you selected (annual).
  • Understand that pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation procedures are clearly disclosed and accessible prior to purchase.

Subscription Overview

AAPC offers Webinar Subscriptions that provide access to continuing education webinar content for the duration of the paid term.

  • Subscription Length: One-year.
  • Billing Cycle: Charged once every year.
  • Auto-Renewal: Enabled by default. You may turn off auto-renewal anytime before your renewal date to prevent future charges by visiting Manage Subscriptions or calling 1-800-626-2633.
  • Renewal Pricing: Renewal fees are charged at the then-current rate. Renewal reminder emails are sent 30, 15, and 1 day before the scheduled renewal date, and include the renewal amount and instructions for managing your subscription.

Cancellation Policy

Turning off auto-renewal will stop future renewals but will not end your current subscription term early. All subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid term.

Renewal Notices

AAPC sends renewal reminder emails 30 days, 15 days, and 1 day prior to your scheduled renewal date. Each notice includes your upcoming renewal amount, renewal date, and clear instructions for turning off auto-renewal if you choose not to renew. These reminders are sent to the primary email address associated with your AAPC account.

Acceptance of Terms

Please review these Terms carefully. This Agreement governs your use of AAPC Webinar Subscriptions (“Services”).

By signing up for, using, or accessing Webinar Subscriptions, you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not complete your purchase or continue use of the Services.

Changes to Terms

AAPC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon publication.

AAPC will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of material changes via email or by posting an announcement on the AAPC website.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Use of Services and Content

AAPC grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to view Webinar content for personal, non-commercial use during your active subscription term.

You may not share, record, reproduce, or redistribute webinar content or access credentials.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Rules of Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Engage in or facilitate any illegal activity;
  • Damage or disrupt AAPC’s systems or networks;

Services and System Availability

AAPC will make reasonable efforts to ensure Webinar access remains available and functional.

Temporary outages or maintenance may occur. AAPC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Subscriptions, Recurring Payment Authorization, and Termination

By subscribing, you authorize AAPC to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees and taxes according to the selected term.

Fees are paid in advance for each term and are non-refundable. Turning off auto-renewal prevents future charges but does not shorten your current term.

AAPC may modify pricing or subscription features with reasonable notice. You will be informed of any change prior to your next renewal.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AAPC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

No Endorsement

Webinars may reference third-party products or services for educational purposes. Such references do not constitute endorsement or sponsorship by AAPC.

Privacy Policy

AAPC collects and uses personal information consistent with its Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy.

Transactional communications, including renewal notices and account updates, will continue as required to service your subscription.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitations of Liability

Webinar content and access are provided “as is” and “as available.”

AAPC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

AAPC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Services.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, so portions of this clause may not apply where prohibited by law.

Enforcement

AAPC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms without prior notice.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your Webinar Subscription shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

AAPC may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or systems.

Miscellaneous

Failure to enforce any part of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver.

If any term is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

AAPC is not liable for delays or failures beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or network disruptions.
