Hi Guys...

Is there any documentation available to bill the Tobacco counseling and Depression screening service for Medicare and other payers..
I just want to know what type of physicians can be used this codes, and what is the place of service codes..
I have checked in many website , and I could not find any thing about this....
Need assistance on this ....
