PSL Healthcare is seeking a Practice Manager in Lake Wales, FL. As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for all operational, clinical and organizational aspects of 3 Primary Care Clinics. This involves daily management of clinic functions, staff supervision and development, and direction on activities to ensure they meet company objectives.

• Manage, direct, supervise and coach front office and clinical staff daily
• Manage the flow of the clinic to insure compliance, efficiency and patient satisfaction
• Develop vision for practice and execute plans to achieve vision
• Identify strategy for growth and execute plans of senior management team to achieve growth goals
• Problem solve and address issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients
• Market the practice in the local community
• Responsible for carrying out all established policies
• Conduct audits of office staff and clinic productivity, make recommendations to act on operations improvement opportunities, including staffing, patient flow and PCP productivity
1. High Diploma or Equivalent
2. Three or more years leadership experience in healthcare related field.
3. Must possess strong critical thinking, written and verbal interpersonal communication skills with ability to interact with professional and non-professional staff regarding healthcare issues.
4. Proficient computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Electronic Medical Records)
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent required
• 3+ years experience in leadership or management in a medical office is required
• Practice marketing expertise with a variety of tactics to grow and develop business
• Proven track record in growing practice revenues and volumes required
• Primary Care Practice Management strongly preferred
• Knowledge of eMDs EMR system
