The Medicare Fee Schedule tool has all the payment information you need in one place, so you can check rates quickly and move on instead of stopping your workflow.

It’s especially helpful when you’re answering reimbursement questions, reviewing claims before submission, or trying to figure out whether facility or non-facility pricing applies.

Here’s how to use it. From Codify, go to the Coding Tools tab and select Fee Schedules. Once you’re in the tool, enter your CPT^® or HCPCS Level II code. Next, choose the year and quarter you want to review and click Calculate. You can also adjust the Medicare carrier locality if needed, then click Calculate again to refresh the results.

The results section gives you a full breakdown of Medicare payment information. You’ll see national and local facility and non-facility rates, along with the RVUs for each. For codes where it applies, you’ll also see professional and technical component fees, global percentage splits, and global days.

The tool also flags additional details that can impact payment, like indicators for endoscopic base codes, Medically Unlikely Edits, and modifier allowances, with explanations so you understand what’s allowed and why.

The Medicare Fee Schedule tool is available with Basic, ProFee, and Complete Coder subscriptions, making it easy to find payment details without leaving the platform.
