Nichole Williams

Nichole Williams is a senior executive account manager with a healthcare technology solutions organization. She is responsible for managing customer growth by providing innovative services and digital technology solutions. Williams provides oversight of multiple large enterprise hospitals and physician group practices by serving as the client champion. She is responsible for identifying strategic initiatives to steer customer growth, working with delivery leaders to ensure project goals are met, managing customer contracts, and monitoring account cost values and profit margins to mitigate financial risk. She partners with key stakeholders, process excellence, and IT to support implementations, drive operational strategies, and yield a positive client experience. Prior to joining Cognizant in October 2021, Williams held senior leadership roles throughout the revenue cycle industry. She has been active in the healthcare industry for 25+ years and has a working knowledge of E2E revenue cycle management and software implementations. Williams holds a Master of Information Systems Management, Bachelor of Science in Hospital Administration, and Associate of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology. She also earned a paralegal certificate from Emory Learning Center, a Women in Leadership certificate from eCornell, and a Lean Six Sigma white belt certificate through MGMA.
