Kelly Shew made the switch to healthcare almost 15 years ago. Since then, she’s spent time billing, coding, and auditing, but her happiest places are in education and risk adjustment. Shew is the chair of the AAPC Documentation Committee and is the president of the Ann Arbor, Mich., local chapter.
