To remove an apprentice designation, you will need to submit proof of either two years of relevant on-the-job experience OR one year of relevant on-the-job experience, plus completion of a coding preparation course worth at least 80 contact hours. Learn more on our Apprentice Removal page.

To enter and/or submit CEUs, you will need to log into your account and then view your CEU Tracker.
To cancel an existing, scheduled exam, you will need to log into your account and then view your Purchases/Items. Click on the exam in question (under the Items tab) to find the "Cancel This Exam" link. After cancelling, you can schedule a replacement exam from the same Purchases/Items page, where your exam voucher will appear.
After testing, you can find your exam results online, normally within 7-10 business days. You will need to log into your account and then click on the exam you took from your Purchases/Items page (under the Items tab).
