By registering for this conference and/or hotel you agree to the following cancellation policies:

A full refund (less a $50 cancellation fee) will be given for any conference cancellations received on or before August 29th. No refunds will be given for cancellations requested after that date or no-shows.

Hotel Cancellation - All cancellations for hotel must be made 10 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund. Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to arrival will be charged a fee. No-shows will not receive a refund.
