About The Presenter

Over the last 15 years, Dixon has held senior leadership positions in health care administration in a variety of settings including independent practices, integrated health systems, and independent physician associations (IPAs). During this time Dixon has redesigned and implemented effective clinical work flows, led several revenue enhancing and cost reduction efforts, and implemented three different electronic medical records (EMRs). He has also managed acquisitions and divestitures of physician groups and several practice start-ups. Dixon’s passion lies in creating efficient, quality systems through creative thinking and the application of sound management tools. Dixon received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and his MBA and MHSA from Arizona State University.
