Social determinants of health (SDoH) are the conditions in which people live, learn, work, and play that affect a wide range of health and quality-of life-risks and outcomes. This webinar will provide tips and guidance on identifying SDoH, screening patients, documenting the SDoH and tying them into billing. We will also cover the appropriate ICD-10-CM codes to use when identifying SDoH and discuss how SDoH may impact a provider’s medical decision making.
